When we decided it was way past due for the time to address our daughter's alcohol and drug problems, we contacted Comeback Treatment Center Intervention Services. Their Intake Coordinator and Interventionist Robert answered the phone and listened to our situation. Within ten minutes, he said that if this were his daughter, he would have her admitted to Comeback Treatment Center. Now I know why he gave this advice.

Robert immediately assessed our problem in the first phone call and with sensitivity told us what we knew but did not know how to face - our daughter had a problem that needed attention now. Robert was able to clarify and simplify our dilemma by being straightforward, direct yet insightful. He was immediately "on the case" and remained completely professional as he guided us through this bittersweet painful experience. Right from the beginning, he took control, securing a bed at the treatment center and then explained the intervention process- a word we did not even know the meaning of when we first called.

The next day- my daughter was getting help at a first class treatment center -all arranged by Robert. There it is! Thank you for giving me my daughter back. We just celebrated her six years of being clean and sober!
