Admission to Drug Treatment

Admission into drug treatment can be simple and convenient; at the same time circumstances dictate a 'delicate' hand in help some decide to help themselves. Whatever the case, CTC has probably dealt with similar cases many times before. Let us assure you right from the beginning that, first, all information exchanged here is absolutely confidential. Second, we've had 15 years of experience in the treatment field and we know how to work with those that have addictions very well. A few people new to treatment are skittish, to say the least. Some have fears so great, they are convinced they must be different. Others, resent the hand of help, they still justify against all proof to the contrary, that they can do it on their own.

No matter the case, we employ qualified experts that will know how to handle your particular situation. From initial contact through the completion of the admissions process, we think you will find Comeback Drug Treatment Centers convenient and competent to work with.

We have a 24 Hour Hotline for your convenience
888.220.SOBER

Anyone can reach us-for themselves, or for one they care about. Also, referring professionals are welcome to call. We pledge to TAKE THE TIME to discuss each applicant's unique situation, counsel on a treatment plan, explain how treatment works, and what happens on a typical day in a treatment center. We learn much about each client before he enters our facility. We'll discuss drug history, previous treatment history, medical conditions and any psychiatric needs or concerns.

Finances are arranged over the phone once an agreement of a general drug treatment plan is in place. Comeback Treatment Center offers quality residential treatment at reasonable cost. Bank transfer, cashier check, and cash are acceptable payment methods.

Immediately, our travel coordinator will contact you if you request. Airport locations near you, departure times, airline price packages, will be listed. If you'd prefer we will arrange the purchase of the flight and include that in your bill. We will have a CTC driver waiting for you at the airport to bring you to treatment and the beginning of a new life.

Does Insurance Pay for Treatment?

All insurance carrier’s have different policies in regards to residential chemical dependency treatment. As client’s themselves have different levels of medical insurance, it has become the experience of Comeback Treatment Center that we do not contact insurance companies on behalf of our clients, but we will provide STATE LICENSING DOCUMENTATION, TREATMENT RECORDS, AND ANY OUTSIDE MEDICAL INVOICING FOR INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT to our clients.

Comeback Treatment Center carries no responsibility for collecting insurance fees for clients. The client is solely responsible for payment of all fees charged by CTC. They may include one or more services; base treatment fee, intervention, Detox, court alternative sentence work, and separate medical necessities. CTC does not accept medical insurance for any of these services with the exception being that it has been established in advance between the Client, Insurance Company, and CTC that CTC will be compensated. Many insurance companies offer plans that include an “outside the preferred providers’ list” that includes drug rehab. CTC does not research this. It is the responsibility of the client. CTC will accept pre-approved status, but client admission occurs only when fees have been received by CTC.

Comeback assists the client:

Comeback does not bill nor contact any insurance agency. CTC is not responsible for directing or forwarding claim forms to or from insurance companies and their clients.

However, CTC will submit State License, State Certification, treatment documentation and invoicing and outside medical invoices, to the client so she/he can submit this bill to her/his insurance company for possible reimbursement. Documentation can be attained after fees for admission have been paid (for carrier’s pre-approval), and/or during or after client’s stay.

CTC feels an insurance company is more likely to reply and work with their own customers directly, rather than a third party. CTC does not negotiate with a client’s carrier in any way and therefore can not be responsible for the insurance company making the decision to reimburse/or not its client.
