About Our Drug Treatment Centers

The Drug Treatment Center has helped alcoholics and drug addicts for 15 years get sober and clean. It first opened its door in 1989 with one mission: give the best help possible to the next person checking in. Staying dry, or another lone attempt at abstinence, stands only for brief periods of time. Relapse is always inevitable; however, if there is not 'transformation' of a person from within. Staying clean for a while might be considered a good thing, but if the next spree brings a disaster, it is not so good. Staying clean and sober, forever, is a 'great thing.' Everyday brings a person closer to what he wants out of life-what he builds, he does not tear down. The 'periodic' can waste years, periods of being sober and clean support the illusion that everything will be ok. Until the next crash. Someone who is truly sober and clean steps farther each day away from the chemical abuse lifestyle. He grows in experience and maturity. CTC conforms a drug treatment plan for every client. That 'plan' becomes a person's 'program.' It is what he studies, practices, applies, sometimes challenges, and as time goes on, he realizes his lifestyle and his heart are the keys to staying sober and staying motivated to put into life what he wants to get out. We teach and exemplify a 'foundation of sobriety.'
